Just curious. It's an awesome way to get the nutrients you need. I suppose you can do it any type of way you want. We like to get spinach, almond milk, yogurt, banana, blueberries, mixed fruit, pineapple, almonds.

Not all at the same time though. You can't taste the spinach as it's pretty flavorless anyways. I love it when it taste's like almonds, but the banana overpowers that a lot of the time. I prefer mine without banana. The blueberries, and mixed fruit we buy out of the frozen section, but I suppose you can freeze it all yourself. Much better when everything is frozen anyways. They're delicious, and nutritious :P. I usually only ate a sweet snack at the end of the day around bedtime, but now I don't even want sweet snacks. Much prefer a smoothie. Movements are much better, and frequent as well. I never really liked to eat fruits much separately, but now smoothies. Mmmmmm mmm. Thankyou god for our blender. You can get a pretty cheap model. I know there's all different kind of models out there, but I don't see why a cheap blender wouldn't suffice.

What you don't get with a cheap blender that you get with an expensive one is the fine breakdown of the food. Cheap blenders don't always break down the food fine enough. Especially if you use skins, peel, seeds, nuts etc. That means a cheap blender is not releasing all the nutrients that an expensive one would. And the time factor - an expensive blender is faster than a cheap one, which is important if you make them in the morning before work. Most people gulp down their smoothie but the correct way to drink smoothies is to chew them. Chewing releases saliva and aids digestion.

Oh! Dont get me started on talking about smoothies! I love smoothies!

Smoothies has encouraged me to learn and study more about God's fruits and their beneficial factors.
For a time, I would make a banana, strawberry, (mango sometimes too), fruit juice (or orange juice), some milk, greek yogurt and ice blended smoothie every morning before work.
No added sugar because these already have sugar.

But now my blender is gone and The Lord knows I would like another one for healthier eating/drinking habits.
I also would like a juicer!
