Just curious. It's an awesome way to get the nutrients you need. I suppose you can do it any type of way you want. We like to get spinach, almond milk, yogurt, banana, blueberries, mixed fruit, pineapple, almonds.
Not all at the same time though. You can't taste the spinach as it's pretty flavorless anyways. I love it when it taste's like almonds, but the banana overpowers that a lot of the time. I prefer mine without banana. The blueberries, and mixed fruit we buy out of the frozen section, but I suppose you can freeze it all yourself. Much better when everything is frozen anyways. They're delicious, and nutritious . I usually only ate a sweet snack at the end of the day around bedtime, but now I don't even want sweet snacks. Much prefer a smoothie. Movements are much better, and frequent as well. I never really liked to eat fruits much separately, but now smoothies. Mmmmmm mmm. Thankyou god for our blender. You can get a pretty cheap model. I know there's all different kind of models out there, but I don't see why a cheap blender wouldn't suffice.
