The unpardonable sin is to reject Jesus Christ as Saviour. Otherwise, there is no sin to great or to small that God won't forgive.

GOD forgives all sin Hebrews 9:14,*

If your worried about committing blaspheme of the HOLY SPIRIT, than you haven"t!
Thiugh you know Christ, you maybelieve thatyou have to work hard to make yourself good enough for GOD. But rules & rituals have never cleansed people's hearts. By JESUS' blood alone
(1) We have our consciences cleansed,
(2) We are freed from death's sting & can live to serve GOD, &
(3) We are freed from sins power.

If you are carrying a load of guilt 'cause you are finding that you can't be good enough for GOD take another look atJESUS' death & what it meant for you. CHRIST can heal your conscience & deliever you from the frustration of trying to earn GOD's favor.
When the people sacrificed animal, GOD considered the people's faith & obedience, cleansed them from sin, & made them "ceremonially" acceptable according to old tesyament law. But CHRIST's sacrifice transforms our lives & hearts & makes us clean on the inside. HIS sacrifice is intimitely more effective than animal sacrifices. No barrier of sin or weakness on our part can stifle HIS forgiveness.
I John 1:9, If GOD has forgiven us for our sins 'cause of CHRIST's death, why must we confess our sins? In admitting our sins & recieving CHRIST's cleasning. We are; (1) Agreeing with GOD that our sin truly is sin & that we are willing to turn from it, (2) ensuring that we don't conceal our sins from HIM & consequently from ourselves, & (3) recongnize our tendency to sin & relying on His power to overcome it.
Confession is supposed to free us to enjoy fellowship with CHRIST. It should ease our conscience & lighten our cares.
True confession involves a commitment not to continue in sin.

You're right on, ltpage. 4Given, none of those things you listed would send anyone to Hell. If that was the case, a lot of people would be going to Hell. The only way we can't be forgiven is denying Christ.

God Bless you ltpage and 4Given

Right on guys. In the eyes of God there is no little sin or no big sin, and our God will forgive all sins except for one. The unforgivable sin is denying Christ.

(Matthew 12:31-32 KJV)
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come

I just want to applaud Uncle Steve, it seems you were over looked.

Good post.
God bless you...

Now everyone could proceed.
