God had a huge plan4me in another city and another job opportunity with a fellowship amongst a group of christians. I know god had a plan for me because the spirit testified. Well I screwed up and quit my job out of frustration and ended up moving back home. I regret the decision I made in the past and admit that god's plan for me would've been great. Ever since I came back home, I have been struggling with constant rebellion (sin) questioning god's love for me.

I read the prophets ISIAH. and it literally scarred the living crap out of me. (Just had to throw that in there)

Where I was before, although I did struggle, I was under large amounts of blessings and grace. Since I have been back home, not once have I felt god's prescence of love. I will hold on to him, living like he wants me to live, refraining from sin and going to AA meetings.. waiting for just a taste of his promise like before. The only problem is after a couple weeks to a month I will break, threating the lord almighty that I'm going to return to the way I used to live.. go out and drink alchohol participate in sexual immorality. Hoping to get such a spiritual response as to what I have gotten before. So I know he's there with me when persevering through many trials of suffering.

My problem is he doesn't answer me when I sin purposally for help. I keep thinking that he's going to appear like he did in the begining, but the only result is feeling condemed. I have been struggling with this over and over again for the past few months. He doesn't answer my prayers.. I'm begining to feel like I have made myself into an enemy of god and I tremble in fear because I do know the truth. The thought comes to my mind that maybe the only chance I have had in my life was the one I just recently screwed up. I want to go back there, but I have no money, and there is no possibly way that I could get myself back into that Christian Halfway house. I am permantely out.

My question is, does god have provisions for us when we screw up? Not that I want to keep screwing up, because I'm tired of living in a land produces thorns and thistles. I want to know him. Or is GOD so just that his plan for me was my only chance?

God is yesterday, God is today and God is tomorrow. He is not limited by time like you and I are.God knows the beginning from the end and there is nothing you will do to surprise Him.
This is His provision for you:

1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
This is not just forgiveness but cleaning away of our sinful tendencies as we yield our lives to Him.
If you turn your heart towards Him He is there already waiting for you.
My friend, loose yourself in God.
Surrender all, lay down everything and seek His face above all.
Immerse yourself in worship, prayer and praise. You will find that He is and has all you will ever need.
Many blessings in His Name,
your brother Larry.

we are only human and i tend to get bogged down with life, with sin. i just recentley read Galatians chapter 5 and it goes on about living in the spirit and walking in the spirit. to me that is the only way to keep in touch with God. i'm new at this but this helps me when i struggle galatians chapter 5:16 'live by the spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature' it goes on to say that the spirit and the flesh are in conflict with each other and that you do not do what you want.

even in romans paul struggled with his own sinful nature. i can not remember where it is at so if someone could help out there....

oh and when you get to verses 22 it tells you what the benefits of living in the spirit are...

We see in (Acts 5:32) that God gives the Holy Ghost to them that obey Him. We see also in (Romans 8:9) that if any one does not have the Spirit of Christ they do not belong to Him. We see also in (Acts 2:38) that the gift of the Holy Ghost is given only when we repent. And in (1 John 2:27) we see that we do not need that any one should teach us, if it be so that we truly do have the Spirit of Truth, but the Spirit is who teaches those that have it.

Ephesians 1:9-11
God's secret plan has now been revealed to us; it is a plan centered on Christ, designed long ago according to his good pleasure. And this is his plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ--everything in heaven and on earth.

Furthermore, because of Christ, we have received an inheritance from God,* for he chose us from the beginning, and all things happen just as he decided long ago.
