No one knows what the future holds. No one can tell where they would dwell. You've heard about the grave incidents of the year two thousand and seven. This leaves us to one conclusion-death is unpredictable.
On December the 26th,2004, an earthquake shook the whole earth. Many people didn't feel it, but the South Asian region and parts of Africa suffered a devastating blow. We heard about Tsunami's and hurricanes in North America.
We too will have 'earthquakes' in our lives. The scripture says that our unknown future is secure in the hands of our all-knowing God.

The Bible warns us about the end times, drastic weather changes being one major sign.

Mark 13:8
"...and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows."

Luke 21:11
"And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven."

Rev. 16:18, 21
"And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great....And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great."

Rev. 6:12-13
"...when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth..."

Rev. 7:1
"And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree."

Rev. 8:5
"And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake."

Rev. 8:7
"The first angel sounded, and there followed hail ... and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up."

Rev. 11:13
"And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven."

There was an earthquake just last week in England, from the south right up to the north, the whole plain.

That has never been known.

Scripture is falling into place, it is written and it will surely come to pass on that we can be certain.

Yes....I was lying in my bed, and I then heard a rumbling. I thought what is that heavy laden truck doing outside of my home.

A bit of a fidget...and I went back into slumberland.

Surprised to hear on the a.m. news that there had been a quake in this region where I live.

Most unlikely....but such was the case

Husbands Mother lives in Yorkshire and she felt it also, then his brother in Bedford too, from one end to other.

I'm glad it didn't disturb your beauty sleep Stephan, you must be very handsome by now.

I would have been up investigating, you men, the house could topple and you'd just roll over to noddy land.
