What tasted "like something made with olive oil" when it was ground and baked? It also tasted like wafers made with honey?Manna
2. What does the word "manna" mean? The word manna is derived from the The Hebrew words meaning, What is it? Although some have speculated that manna was some sort of naturally-occurring substance that God miraculously multiplied and delivered to the Israelites, there is no solid proof for that possibility. If it were something natural to the desert region however, very near to where the Israelites had been living for over 400 years, would they have had to ask what it was?
3. In which Old Testament book do you find the words, "A man can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in his work"? Ecclesiastes 2:24
4. In which New Testament letter is it written, "It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything else that will cause your brother to fall"? Romans 14:20b-21
5. Who were critical of Jesus eating with tax collectors and "sinners"? The Pharisees
6. Jesus enjoyed receiving hospitality more than once in the home of two sisters and a brother. What were their names? Lazarus, Mary, Martha,
7. Who in the New Testament was blind for three days during which time he did not eat or drink anything? The Apostle Paul
8. What advice does the book of Proverbs give to its readers about, "those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat"? for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags
9. Which group of Christians did Paul accuse of misbehaving at the Lord's Supper, because some people remained hungry while others got drunk? The Corinthians
10. What did GOD forbid concerning an animal that had died by itself? No priest was permitted to defile himself by eating animals that died naturally or were torn by beasts (Lev. 22:7).
God Bless
