Evolution -a religion!

Hi

Recently I had to write an essay for english and I chose to base it on the lies of evolution.
i decided to share it with you!:

Evolution, Science or Religion?
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

One of my greatest causes of frustration is the lie broadcasted to people that Creation is a theory based purely on faith while Evolution has a string of scientific proofs to substantiate it. Because of this extremely unjust deception which is forced into our brains day after day at school or watching TV, it comes as no surprise that the majority of the world’s population rejects God as their saviour. I mean, who would believe the rest of the Bible if the first Chapter, that of Genesis which describes the Creation of the earth, is ‘proven’ to be wrong? In the following essay I will show that Evolution even more so then Creation is a Religion based purely on the imagination and ideals of some ‘scientists’that has grown into a ‘science’ which has gained so much momentum to the extent that it cannot be stopped anymore i.e. it feeds on itself. Since the scope of the argument is so great I will only concentrate on the evolution of humans.

During my whole Life Sciences school career I am taught the theory of Evolution as being the only proven truth of our past and the origins of the earth. According to this theory humans have in the last millions of years evolved from apes. However, the fact that both apes and humans have teeth, legs or brains does not mean that they have evolved from each other, but rather that both species were created by a common designer.

An example Evolutionists give of one of the links between ape and man is the Neanderthal race, better known as the cavemen. Bones and skulls were found and immediately used, and still used,as evidence for the human race. What was failed to be mentioned however, was that the discovery was shown to be false, acknowledged by both scientists and evolutionists alike. The bones found were those of a modern man, infected by a bout of a condition common to rickets and arthritis. A large brow ridge and a curved thighbone (femur), typical features of the Neanderthal skull, can be explained by the deficiency of Vitamin D in the cavemen’s diet, the lack of sunlight due to their life patterns as well as their long life spans. According to H. Israel, “certain living individuals today begin to develop Neanderthal features—the heavy eyebrow ridges, elongated cranial vault, and so on—with extreme age. There is definite evidence that the Neanderthals were several hundred years old.” Also the Bible itself tells us that before and shortly after the flood people, often lived to be eight hundred or more years old, which could have caused the typical features of the Neanderthal people.

Another aspect is thatnormallyonly one specimen is found, never many, as one would expect. Also, only little pieces of bones are found, never a complete skeleton. For example, if only parts of bones are found, their shapes are changed to mimic half-ape skulls and jaws. Thus with only a little bit of imagination, ‘proof’ for the wildest theories can be found and the greatest ‘discoveries’ made.
Many other discoveries have also found to be hoaxes, for example the Piltdown Man to which in 1953 a recently developed fluorine test was applied by Joseph Weiner and Kenneth Oakley or ”Lucy” which was found to be no more than a variety of pigmy chimpanzee.True science has repeatedly proved these so called ‘missing links’ to be false and yet they are found in our text books.

The more I look into Evolution, the more I can’t help crying out of frustration or laughing out of pity for the persistence of evolutionists in their theory. How can they keep lying to people about their own origin, thus preventing many from following God and experiencing his personal love and friendship? People blindly, without knowing, are basing their belief system on the imagination and persistence of a few scientists. Darwin himself even admitted on his deathbed that his theory was based on invention. If Creation is to be perceived as a Religion then so must Evolution! I believe every person must at least be given the option of hearing the whole story from both angles. One must have a fair chance of making one’s own choice: Are we descendent from ‘primordial soup’ and monkey grandparents, or are we a purposeful creation of God?

I am proud to say that I AM A PURPOSEFUL CREATION OF GOD. Jesus had me in mind when he died on the cross and I am here for a reason. Just like everybody else!!!

It's not a religion, it's fools belief. Or in my terminology, is one of Foolology; the study of fool lusts.:magnify:

Great post

Well, it does take faith to believe evolution. I don't care how old they say the earth is, it is mathematically impossible to end up with all the creatures we have today from a single cell blob.

There is more and more evidence pointing to creation, than evolution. It is interesting to see what scientist are saying about it these days.

Not to get in a long list of discoveries, but one of NASA's concerns about landing on the moon was the 4 billion years of dust that collected through meteor impacts. They thought there was a possibility that the lander could sink.

After, looking at it they concluded that the accumulation of dust was only about 6,000 years deep............ amazing.

Lets blow the junk up in a junk yard, a trillion times. I bet that not one time when the dust settles there will be a new Mercedes sitting there.

Jesus Is Lord.

I suspect that deep down, evolutionists know that they are on shaky ground. Why else would they be so afraid of creationism being taught alongside evolurion in our schools?

Because social Darwinism is how the state will justify killing "useless eaters," a program it has already started with state paid doctor assisted suicide, like in Oregon.

YIKES!

Sorry for the bummer.

Watch Ben Stein's new movie.
It's powerful.

Bless up!

Thank you for sharing your essay Caroline,

I hadn't heard that bit of info about aging people developing Neanderthal features.... I thought it was only me!

Honestly though, well done.

I was talking to someone the other day about this stuff, evolution, faith and creation. As there are NO missing links between the supposedly evolved species, it stand to reason, whether evolutionists like it or not, that they MUST use a faith in their argument in order to believe it. So, if it takes faith to believe a fairly obvious lie, wouldn't it be smarter to put faith in truth.... as the evidence is so strongly in support of the Lord creating everything?

Thank you ><>

Isaiah 45:8

Drop down,
ye heavens,
from above,
and let the skies pour down righteousness:
let the earth open,
and let them bring forth salvation,
and let righteousness spring up together;
I the LORD have created it.

It really blew me away when there was a show promoted on the Discovery channel a few months ago (?) regarding modern humans possibly carrying so-called "Neanderthal" DNA.

As if.

IF we CAN carry their DNA, if that is considered even possible, especially when it is an "established fact" that we did not descend from Neanderthals but were at best somewhat distant cousins, then this is an admission by the scientific community that evolution is false.

Bless up!

BTW, I've read some of the writings about "neanderthals" possibly simply being people of advanced age.

Made sense to me.

Bless up!
