Hi Dave,
That really might not be a good idea.
You Tube is full of wrong doctrine twisted to SEEM Correct and could cause problems.
Such as members JUDGING who is real and who is not and I follow this one and you should not follow that one.
Now as for me, lol I could fill pages and pages and pages.

on a more serious and sober note, Thank you Dave for sharing your interest with this suggestion. However, as Jim pointed out, it may lead to strife and confusion.... unfortunately.
For example, I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to listen to Chan unless they were able to see the truth through the error and i would want to advise/warn you to keep away from Chan's deceptive style, because i love you. You might accept that and be glad that i said it or you may be annoyed or hurt or embarrassed or confused or any other sort of thing.
So who's right and therefore, who's wrong and where do we go from there? Censorship? It doesn't get better.
However, I am interested in everyone's opinion and thoughts about this.
I also see that temptation to use this sort of thread to push an agenda could easily turn to action.
It shouldn't BUT, this is the internet.
I suppose when it comes down to it, where do we draw the line and based on what, according to who? Those answers should be simple enough but in reality it gets messy.
I certainly won't be able to make any promises to watch every video sermon posted

Thank you for being so thoughtful as usual !!
Just so you know I am not annoyed that you think he deceptive, I would love to here why you think that?
For me I have listened to many of his teaching and love him, he over the top, but the reason I love him is he lives what he preaces, he sells his home to live in a smaller home, he adopts children, he gives away all him money and lives a very modest life. Now I realize you cant work your way to heaven but these are usually the fruit of a person who loves Jesus very much he puts his money whear his mouth is.

I will say I do not agree with everything from any preacher I have listened to. But they all better believe Jesus died for us and it is grace by which we are saved, some say Chan teaches a lordship salvation which if you listen to him enough he does not teach that at all, he just teaches what it looks like in the real world to follow Jesus, but he definatley teaches we are saved by grace as anyone who listens to the whole video I posted will note.

Brother, I wanted to give a living example of what i was trying to get across. As you know, my communication skills are not the best. What I was trying to point out was the potential problems with everyone posting video sermons and so i used what I wrote to you as an example.
If I were to reply now and state my case about Chan, that would potentially invite more and some might be good some might be messy, so the point was that while the idea should be good, in reality it can become a mess. I knew you would read what i said in love but I am concerned that we might not all be able to do so from time to time and that criticism is taken as insult rather than a critical look at something, which I know is very needful in nearly every other thing we need to consider in life. Why we,as Christians have such a hard time doing it is beyond me.
If you would accept it, Dave, I would rather not publicly say anything else against Chan. I don't have anything to hide but I do not want to set a standard for others to follow, if that makes sense?

How sad it is though, that among a group of people who all call themselves followers of Christ, there remains so much division that sharing favourite YouTube videos (and no doubt by extension, other Christian resources) is cautioned against?
It begs the question, if we no longer sin after we're saved because scripture says we're dead, why is such dissension even possible?
A little bit of 1 Corinthians 3:1-3 in action among forum members, perhaps? (And not just here, but indeed, among 21st century western Christians. I doubt such dissension occurs with frequency among the persecuted church in the east, and the 10-40 window in particular.)
I've never listened to Francis Chan, brother. Have you ever listened to Adrian Rogers? I just came across his final recorded message here today.
