This thread is an offshoot from the Monkey Face thread in the Health Forum. Some of you who are not so interested in health, will hopefully find this article worth at least a read.

Did you know you can feed a family (besides your own) simply by buying Coconut Oil? Amazing huh, read on...(please please please read the link provided!)



Coconut oil has now come out of the closet and is staking it's rightful claim as "the healthiest oil on earth."

Lives Are Being Changed

I love Coconuts (the food), and yes the sister in Christ

I actually purchased natural organic Coconut juice from Amazon.com a while back. The juice brand is called Zico. Its labeled as Pure Coconut Water to be exact.

Its very delicious and healthy indeed.

Give it a shot. Not that expensive either.

Yes Chad, you do put up with me very well!

I have read Coconut Water has amazing health benefits also...especially for pregnant moms...

It runs $7/litre here at the Health Food store :shock:

But the Virgin Coconut Oil is around $13 for a mason jar full...not so bad when you consider the awesome health benefits this oil has!

I`m just so awed by the fact that buying this one product can do so much for so many people who are impoverished!
