Feeling Physically Alone

Ever since I accepted Christ back into my life, I've noticed that my friends are becoming more distant from me. Most of my closest friends are Wiccan (pagan) and are very devote in their beliefs. I would love for them to accept Jesus into their hearts like I have, but every time I mention God or Jesus, they groan in disapproval.

What makes this even harder is that at my church, there aren't any singles around my age for me to befriend. I go to a small church and most everyone is married that goes there, or is a kid.

I've talked to God about it and put it in His hands, but I'd still like the input from others.

Rebecca I hope you find new friends and don't get discourage.
My daughter have been a Christian for a long time, but it also seems like her age group (single) is gone from church. She miss having Christian fellowship with people her age.

I have been praying for her, and if she felt the need to go to another church, I would not disapprove.

Hope soon you will be able to find single Christian friends.

You know that is Satan trying to pull you back to old ways. Sometimes we are forced to walk through a little fire to be refined into a more valuable treasure. Try a new church if you can or even try to go to a bigger city for one. I travel about 70+ miles myself because I love Straight in the Word Churches not the feel good kind. SO travel I must to find a church home & you may need to too. Which will get farther away from the icca folk too. You have been prayed for.

God will give you new friends to support you i am sure of that. You can't be yoked with unbelievers it just won't work this is why there is distance between you and your old friends.

Not saying you have to cut your old friends out completely because God may use you to draw then to Christ, but you will find that you have very little in common now that you have Jesus in your life.

Gods got a beautiful spiritual family lined up for you, i'm excited for you!!
