The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus comes to give you life and life abundantly. John 10.10
Do not let the enemy in because He who is in you is greater than he that is in the world. 1 John 4.4.
Jesus gives us freewill we have choices to make each day. We can choose to be happy or miserable to be positive or negative.
I have learnt to develop an attitude of gratitude.
Look at how much Jesus suffered for you to give you eternal life.
Jesus promised He would never leave us or forsake us. Heb.13.5
I am currently experiencing pain but I am not letting it get the better of me. I am going to praise Jesus no matter what. He is worthy to be praised.
In this life we will have trials and tribulations and suffering but Jesus is with us through everything.

4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. Peace and Joy
1Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, wehave peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. 3Not only so, but we[c] also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
6You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. 8But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
We cannot live by our feelings but need to live by faith and not by sight.
Stay at home if you do not want to go out but enjoy God's presence right there with you. Get into His Word and let it speak to you. Read some Psalms of David as he always finishes with praise.
We enter His gates with thanksgiving and enter His courts with praise for this is the day the Lord has made, we WILL rejoice and be GLAD in it. Psalm 100. 4. That is a good Psalm to read actually so is Psalm 103.
