many people,belive they look fat some are fat (i'm not talkin about people arond 1xx kg weight) some are normal (60-90) and some in the middle and some just due few problems (may be genetic cuz some get sensetive to some foods and this make some people look fat though they are not supposed to).
now i give tips for all who want to lose weight or atleast make the body look less fater.
*)before everything:the human body needs chemicals to work well. energy sources are needed. many people in the last century take the not so good type of energy. wich is mostly sugar... people when u feel weak or hungry dont go for something who contains lots of sugar. better to take proteins or the white of egg... its a better energy source who is not limited for a short while like sugar.. sugar works basicly for few minutes and then it just disapear and the body needs new energy. there are 3 types of sugar. fruit sugar who is known as healthy but disapear fast. white sugar that u can buy in every local store iguess. this is not healthy!!! and multiple sugar its healthy like fruit sugar but it dsnt disapear fast.. as much as i know its in bread even.
so.. people less white sugar and more fruit sugar (cuz the vitamins and nutrition fibers..) nor multiple sugar (i dont know the exact name in english)..
anyway but better to use proteins its good for the body anyway it makes it stronger it build muscles and the fat get atleast shape like muscle and not like gel (it also give the color to the hair and stuff lack of protein may make ur hair become gray earlier then usual and more stuff to happen so keep atention!!) its important espcialy for people who exercise or use their body alot in work or most of day. phisical job like moving stuff or atleatic stuff or anything else who demand lots of moving ourselfs then proteins are treasure!
now lets begin!
1)to know how much calories you need to eat per a day... (so you wont eat more then ur body need) there are many calculator over the net or u can get them in some papers about health or some teenage papers who contain fitness column.if you cant find one here is simple but still good calculation.
myweight*24. or if you are someone who workout alot or in job who include lots of physical working its myweight*26. for example lets say 40*24=then i need 960 calories per a day.
2)divide ur meals to 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. it should be around 200 calories each meal. eat in time distance of 3-4 hours. it makes the digestion faster and increase the speed of your metabolism.
3)keep moving.it helps burning calories. you should go atleast 3-4 times a week to 30 minutes of half jogging or jogging. (also ur stamina and endurance will increase and it helps by attempting to sin and stop smoking.you people understand what i am talkin about? ).
NOTE:if you cant do this exercise then just use more often stairs the elevators or moving stairs. park ur car a little bit farther. do a longer dog walking.. anything that will make u move more then usual.
4)lift weights... if you know that is RMR (exchange of chemical in body in resting.. <i dunno how to translate it correctly but if u know what i am saying its ok > ) then you also should know that muscles increase the burning of calories and increase the digestion that happens in the resting (RMR).
also to build muscle again i tip you people to eat more proteins.(this work even when you are sleeping!!!).
5)sleep well (as a teenager and adult u should have around 8-9 hours of sleeping atleast!!!!). anyway sleeping right and in the correct times make the body function better and decrease the appetite.also the world is so beautiful in the morning .
6)DRINK(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)WATER(!!!!). they increase the digestion and they are healtheir then soft drinks and beer.it also decrease the apetite. a normal man should drink 10 glasses atleast per a day! if you are someone who working out or physical working you should drink 12 glasses.
IMPORTANT TIP:drink from glass! not from bottle! it will make you feel fuller and u wont need to drink to much. the body get the amount in the best way its hard to me to explain but see the diffrences urself if you dont belive me.
TIPS ithink would help alot:

3)more exercies (jogging,walking,swimming,basketball,football,soccer,dancing etc..)
