Finding GOD

Why do some persons "find" God in a way that others do not?

Why does God manifest His presence to some and let multitudes of others struggle along in the half-light of imperfect Christian experience?

Of course, the will of God is the same for all. He has no favorites within His household.

All He has ever done for any of His children He will do for all of His children.

The difference lies not with God but with us.

He has no favorites within His household.

Jesus Christ, His Son, is surely the only One that could be a favourite yet somehow in His unfathomable love for the world (John 3:16) He places us as equals and it is almost far too mind blowingly amazing to comprehend such love and such love at such a cost.
When I consider me I am definitely not at all worthy to be an equal with His Son, Jesus Christ
when I consider Him
I drift away into His love and somehow
only His love can explain it
I find myself in Him
complete
and loved

I know Whom I believe
and am persuaded
that He is able
