in the original language of the new testament where it says we are baptized into the body of Christ they used the same word that they use to refer to pickling something. like a cucumber becomes a "pickle" we are immersed in the "brine of Christ"...(good one Lord) GLORY!! and "SOAK" Him in and and become a Christ pickle (i wasnt going to say it but i did) we become pickled with the Being of Christ. as a matter of fact it seems to pertain to what we call "flash pickling" thats when you heat the brine first then throw in whatever is to be pickled and it is pickled instantly!! sooo... it would seem that the original writer of the text is trying o say that when we are baptized into the Body of Christ we are pickled through and through with Christ
