I just found this on CNET's site! Free mp3 downloads (yes, legal of course).

You can choose from the Christian genre on left column too:

CCM/Contemporary Gospel

I downloaded a bunch in rock category, will listen to them later tonight and post my feedback. Its free and very nice of these artists to do this as well for GOD's glory and believer's enjoyment.
