Is my concern for a friend not living for Christ (he admits that) "judging?"

Its like he's on recess or something. Im so distressed by it because we became close as Christian brothers when he was saved last year. Now I've watched Satin creep into his life neutralizing the gospel and helping him rationalize everything. I've pointed all of that out to him, but he doesn't really receive it.

Am I "judging" him?

Hi. It's the Spirit of God that draws all men to God through the gospel of Christ. It says "one plants the seeds, another waters it, but God gives the increase" (meaning God is the one that makes it grow). We are instructed to be at peace with everyone, as much as is in us. As long as you can be at peace with your friend, do so while always showing the love of God through Jesus. If you (not saying you are...) try to "convict" your friend of sin or of his attitude toward God, it will be fruitless because only the Spirit of God is able to convict the soul of sin which leads to repentance. Be patient, be kind, and be there always to offer an answer for any questions he/she has. But don't push and point out faults etc..., remember only Jesus can save. God bless you.

Pray, pray, pray...

This may sound too simple, but my advice as I read your question is to PRAY.

Do this in Jesus name, and believe that He hears you dear friend.

PRAY, pray, pray!

bless you,

Br. Bear.

p.s. And no, you are not judging him by seeing his need and caring...remember that God loves him and you will see clearly.
