G12 and prophetic evangelism

I'm in a G12 church. The groups are multipliing all the time and people become saved. It is exiting. We are going to keep on doing this. Our mind have changed from "if our friend become saved" to "when my friends become saved". We are much moor open to let God leed us into things than ever before. Our leaders engourages to use prophetic evangelism.
I love my church.

calmo Is that where u have small cell groups and have nonbelivers and backsliders come and do a bible study. I think we are doing the same thing I am doing a leadership class to start a cell group. I am so excited, but still kind of scared to start a group. I have never lead a small group before. we are using Diane Haggee Kings daughter Janlovesjesus

In the United States, we are not familiar with the term "G12 Church". What is a G12 Church?

Hi to Calmno and all,

My brother's girlfriend (she is also the godmother of my daughter) is Norwegian too, she is coming over to study to be a doctor. She is a christian (I don't know how active) she has been travelling with my brother who currently works in Denmark. When they come to England I think she would benefit from having some christian friends/community in England. We do have some cultural differences so I don't want to come on too strong and scare her away. Any suggestions?

We have the G12 vision in our church in London. The basic thing is that you have a cell leader and a cell group where you meet up with every week, and then you have a cell group of your own (so you are a cell leader and a cell member at the same time.). I'm sorry if it is confusing.

Isn't the idea meant to be you're in groups of 12...or more, like Jesus had 12 disciples... So you're in a group of 12 or more, then you lead your own 12, and someone in your 12 will lead another 12, so basically you are reaching out to people...

what is prophetic evangelism

I din't understand what is prophetic evangelism. Once when we are saved, whatever we do should be for the kingdom of God to grow. We should pray, fast, say gospel. Whatever we do, should come more benefited to the Lord's glory.

Basically the G12 vision was to get more communication between church members, because before people would come to church on their own and sit on their own and not know anyone. They would come week after week and know nobody except for the pastors. It gave young people more friends that were Christians, because before we had the G12 in our church I didn't know anyone in the church that was my age except for my sisters, then I joined a cell and meet new people and I am still meeting new youth.

I understand thank you so much I believe we are doing something similar but we dont split unless the group grows to big.. I would not be surprised if one day that will be the only way to really be with believers of Christ. Joyfully ~ Jlu

Hey Maranatha,

Anathema is a Greek word meaning cursed or banned or condemned, and is used by Paul when he says: "But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned.....Galatians 1:8 (see the end of verse 9 also)

There is another anathema, spelled differently in the Greek and pronounced anatheyma. Did you mean that one?
