Jesus raising His friend Lazarus from the dead is one of His greatest, most memorable miracles. It powerfully demonstrates God’s power over death. It also teaches you a great lesson regarding His timing in doing the things He does.
When Lazarus’s sister Mary first met Jesus after her brother’s death, she voiced a measure of faith while protesting that if He’d only come sooner, Lazarus would still be alive.
