God has committed himself to healing. Think about this God is so committed to healing that He put healing in the body. If you break a bone or cut yourself the body doesn't stay that way. He put healing in the creation in Ezekiel 47:12 in the latter part of the verse it says, that the leaf of the tree shall be for medicine (healing). You and I both know that people use plants and herbs and get wonderful results. He put healing in his word, Psalm 107:20 says, He sent his word and healed them. In Proverbs 4:20-23 it says, My son attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them and health(healing, medicine) to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Get that God says his word is healing, medicine, remedy, cure to all your flesh. And you see an example of that in Acts 14:7-10 And there they preached the gospel. And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked: The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked. Proverbs 4:20-23 is God's prescription for our healing. I have used it myself and have received my healing more than a few times. Notice, what it says in 3John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Notice, the order you prosper inside first then outside that's why it says to keep the word in the midst of your heart.

God is so committed to healing that He wants the Spirit of healing to dwell in you. Romans 8:11 says, But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Didn't Jesus say in John 14:10, that it was the Father in him that did the word. And that's who God wants to dwell in you. So, that He can quicken your mortal body and that word quicken means to vitalize, make alive, give life. God does not want you sick or weak, He wants you whole spirit, soul, and body.

As important as healing is it is not as important as salvation. It is not God's will that none should perish. And I wouldn't want to end this article without giving someone the opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It's very easy just pray: Dear God- I know I have sinned and I now turn from them and I invite Jesus to come into my heart (Revelation 3:20). He died for my sins and you have raised him from the dead and I now confess that Jesus is my Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9,10). I thank you for saving me, Amen

Greetings,

In Proverbs 4:20-23 it says, My son attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them and health(healing, medicine) to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:
For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.
Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Proverbs 3:1-8

Bless you ....><>
