Is it possible to bulk up and tone at the same time?
I would like to put on a bit more muscle but at the same time id also like to get my abs showing properly.
anyone one here a trainer or have any knowlage on this, cheers :smiling:
 
Yea it is, stay away from food that have allot of simple carbs and sugers in them, since those don't help you build muscle just fat. Do some cardio when you work out but don't run to much like not more then probably 8 miles a week (for me that's ok) rinning takes down you upper body weight most of the time if you do it allot because even if it is muscle you're not using it so it goes. Swimming is you best option as it uses your entire body and doesn't hurt muscle mass.
 
Lean protein / higher consumption (total grams per day = 2x body weight in pounds)
Less carbs, if not moderate healthy carbs (oatmeal for example)
No junk food.

Heavy weights / less reps
