This is a poem i only wrote yesterday. The words came and with minutes it was written.
He Really Was There
I looked for you but you weren't near.
I called your name but you didn't hear.
I tried to call , its you i trailed.
You were gone from sight, i must have failed.
I thought you loved me? I thought you knew?
I thought you cared for the good i do?
Why did you leave? You didn't stay.
Didn't realise you could treat me this way.
I started to think why i couldn't hear.
I started to think why you weren't near.
I called you once more with an aching heart.
You said "My child i never did part.
You see, you were hurt, you left me for sin.
Yet you always remembered where your living in.
You just didn't listen as i answered to you.
My child, i'm here, to help you through.
Don't listen to satan, he'll make you sad.
He'll drag you down and get you mad.
But by the strength i give you now.
You'll go forth and make me proud.
Remember i love you and i'm always here.
I will never leave, so don't you fear.
Forever my child we will live in gloryland.
So lets walk together hand in hand."
I took your hand as we walked on by.
I knew you were always by my side.
I just closed my ears as the world took grip.
But this time Father i wont lose it.
I know next time i feel your gone,
To pray with open ears and claim it done.
For you my Father are the one i love.
Together we will be forever above.

Praise God that he never has left us. Even though sometimes we may fall he is always there. We just have to listen. God bless you all!
