This is the word used in Gen 35:18 NASB; for example.
Deut 4:29 NASB; is another example.
 
So you disagree with the video as it claims that there can be a dead nephesh or corpse. And several other meanings.

We don't have a soul but we are a soul or nephesh...

What do you think about that, and the other explanations in the video?

In Psalms 119:175 let my nephesh live so IT may praise you...

I can do my own homework just testing the waters or credibility of this source.
