Hi all. I hope to be visiting this site often, if not for the forums then for JCTV. Hope I can get into this site while I'm deployed, but most likely not. They (the Air Force computer geeks) love to block all the good sites over there in the desert. Don't want any of our troops morale to go up. Just kidding, actually they monitor and block sites so we won't compromise anything that's "Hush, Hush".

I'm new here as well, but I just wanted to take a second to welcome you, and to thank you. I deeply appreciate you service to our county. I know this is a very international community and I respect everyone's individual backgrounds. I just wanted to personally thank you for being willing to serve your county. I appriciate all of your support. I personally have high respect for all the Army and Marines who are curently deployed away from their family. I'm in the Air Force and work as an aircraft mechanic stateside. Let's just say that my job is a tad bit easier than that of the Army and USMC. Don't get me wrong, I still get deployed and spend months away from my family, but I don't get shot at every day or have to watch my back all the time. While I was deployed to the desert :ip: (far from the action, I might add) I saw Army and Marines troops getting on my jets headed to Iraq knowing some of them weren't coming back. Everytime I saw a young guy or nervous looking gal I prayed that they had accepted Jesus. Sometimes I even slipped bible tracs in the forward seat pockets on the aircraft before the troops were loaded.

--Well gotta go, I'm actually at work right now. Time for my :cup: break. Just Kidding
