I'm really trying to straighten out and be honest about inconsistencies I've had. I've been fairly isolated since I've not gone out to work for a long while. I've just left a church and have been to another one just recently

Thank you @Christ4Ever , I'm sorry I ought to have said I did come here in the past but closed the account . I'm hoping for a new beginning.

I believe God has been healing me. I think I'm need of facing up to some things still though.

New beginnings are good. Kind of a rededication to applying oneself to furthering our Walk with the Lord!
I do know that life gets in the way sometimes from us finding the time/desire to do so. Still, we must if we're to grow in our relationship and knowledge of His Word. And so the need to rededicate ourselves, and this happens usually due to our God giving us a bit of a nudge to help us kick start our new beginning.

Welcome, Seeker! Take comfort; Jesus said, "Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you," and, "And you will seek Me, and find Me, when you seek me with all your heart!" Jesus promised answers to the sincere, and you certainly seem to be!
