Hi everyone, I'd like to know what exactly is God's Will?

Lots of people are saying judgement day is on the 21st May & right now I don't think I'm saved & I don't want to go to hell. God said the wicked will perish.

So what do I have to do to survive judgement day (21st May)?

How do I live a righteous & godly life?

How does God/Jesus want me to live my life? What are the things I should do?

1/ I believe in God, Jesus & the Bible.( I've haven't read the whole Bible cuz it's too long but I've studied the Bible online)
2/ I try and obey God's 10 commandements.
3/ I pray regularly whenever I feel like I need to with my heart, I don't pray everyday to avoid being repetetive in my prayers.

Are these 3 things enough to allow me to become righteous & to enter the Kingdom of God. Is there more things I should do to be saved by Jesus before it's too late?

Thks for your help.

Accept Jesus as your Lord and savior.
You need to study the bible, its the only way to get the answers. If you don't you'll be reliant on man to tell you about God. Many false prophets exist and if you don't know the bible they will lead you away from God.

Reading the bible online is nice, but I recommend using a book. The internet can be distracting, with a book you're forced to close the world out and focus on what's being read. You can start anywhere in the bible I like Romans, you can start there if you choose. If you don't like reading in general it would be boring. Look at it as an adventure novel filled with great stories, with every day situation you might be facing today. Don't try to read a whole book at once, start off small and it becomes habit eventually. The more you read you're going to want more, so dedicate yourself to read 15-20mins a day to start. Proverbs have 31 chapters, there's 31 days in most months make it your monthly devotional.

For Bible study you can use an online audio bible, with your bible (book) and read along with the audio. This gives you a speed and you'll finish faster, it will also be more enjoyable. Hearing it also brings more understanding.

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. Romans 10:17

The more you study you'll know what GoD wants from you.

When we attended school, we did the homework, we wrote the essays and read the books. TO get the A we studied hard, to be the best we studied everyday. To know the answers to the questions we studied the material. You're salvation is more important than anything so study the material, get to know the author ( communicate with God, prayer) and become discipline and apply what you learn.

Then you'll know
1. Why you believe in God, Jesus the bible
2. You can't try to obey, you just have to do it. If you cant remember all 10 Jesus made it simple.

MT 22:37 Jesus replied: " `Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: `Love your neighbor as yourself.'40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

3. You would know God wants us to come to him with a humble heart on a daily basis. Through prayer and worship.

Luke 18; 9-13
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’
13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’

14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

You're already on the right path. God knows your heart, he knows everything about you, he is your heavenly father and wants a relationship with you, not rituals or religion but a relationship. To form this relationship is not hard, be honest to him and let him into your life. Worship him in spirit and in truth, let your repentance be pure and not merely words, become your brothers keeper. Be a servant to others, join a bible study group.

May God continue to bless you.

Acts 2:38 is a good start for salvation.

1. Repent
2. Be baptised in water
3. Receive the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Acts 2:4)

After doing these, you will be certain that you are on the right track.

Judgement day.

There is no Judgement day that day......It's all made up.

get rid of the fear...

Follow the directions above.. by Rizen1 and Lioncub...

Pray in tongues as suggested..
