There is currently around 1.1 billion people in India, making it the second most populous country in the world behind China. However, it is unlike China where nearly the entire population speaks and reads Chinese. There are 21 official languages in India. Of these 21 languages, at least 12 of them represent over 10 million speakers, with Hindi and Bengal representing hundreds of millions of speakers. India is also becoming increasingly technological and usage of the internet is growing rapidly. There is very little quality Christian content online in these languages.
It is our goal to publish what we believe to be our 52 most important pages into each of these 12 languages, thereby presenting the Gospel to the vast majority of people in India. We have a native of India, a biblically-trained, church-planting missionary, who is willing to head up the translation teams and oversee the work.
In order to make this possible, the translation team will need a reliable computer and the necessary software to type in the various Indian language scripts. Translation into each of the 12 languages will cost approximately $500. This includes providing the translators with a small amount of compensation for their work. We are estimating the total cost of this project to be around $7000. While significant, we believe this is a small price to pay to make the Gospel available online to over 1,000,000,000 people!

We sincerely thank you for any gift you are able to give! Our prayer for you is Luke 6:38, "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
