Help with gods word

I feel like god is telling me to quit smoking I was wondering if anyone knows any bible verses I can grab instead of a smoke.

i did come in here with Bible Verse and now i Cant remember it.... now i feel stupid... but still grabbing any thign form the Bible is good rather than a Smoke i gotta say.. it HAS to be...

LOVE that answer Ichthus! Absolutely you are right. Grabbing anything from the Bible is better than grabbing a smoke. And also grabbing many other things this world offers....like an extra bowl of ice cream for instance! OR...something far more serious.

How wise you are Porklion to want to replace with the WORD. Powerful stuff!
