Anyone ever been here or studied here? If so is it really as amazing as it looks from the dvd's?

A friends daughter is studying there this year doing mostly dance and drama, and she is having the time of her life. She's just finished help organise a conference for 30,000 people. The atmosphere is fantastic. She just loves it - don't know how she'll ever want to come home.

nope i havnt been or even seen it... LOL sorry... but i have a frend that wants to Study either @ hillsong or CCC i think that they chose CCC though. cost or somethign liek that so yeah...

Hillsong... does it count if u went 2 the Hillsong conference, and JAM was there??? cuz if so, then yes.. i have been 2 one of the Hillsong churches, awesum atmosphere when there is like 6000 or more kids worshipping God and having fun... but yea, i love the atmosphere, and i'd love 2 go back for a Sunday service.. as well as to go 2 a CCC service.. i like both so yea..

Hillsong Austrailia is an amazing church. Their praise and worship teams make up the band Hillsong Australi and my favorite Hillosng united. Their songs range from slow worship songs to lively guitar /rock praise. They aer basically gospel and united gospel pop rock but all praise and worship at the same time.. Most of the songs sung in most churches are made and recorded their. They also have huge conferences with big names such as Joyce Meyers and Micheal W smith. They also have a 'Bible college' AND IT'S VERY SAUGHT AFTER. pEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD GO TO STUDY AT THE HILLSONGS...
I want to go study pastoral leadership and then praise and worship. I wil go in 2008 if its Gods will but going to next years conference!!! Cant wait

Well it definatly sounds liek you have done your research into it... so coem on over then come and start your uni corse if thats what you wanna call it... you'll have an XCELENT time i am more than sure of it... leik it is an AWEOSMe experience i am sure of it doign somehtign life changing career for God. so yeah

Yes they are from Australia origionally but there is also a church in England

Wow

Man, You learn something new everyday. I just thought they were a music group that makes great praise songs.

I do know that the praise team at my church recently went to a conference there, so this thread makes mroe since lol.

I've been to the last two Hillsong Conferences and they are pretty amazing if you don't mind standing in line for ages...lol. There's heaps of stuff going on every day, for all different types of ministry.

This last July we had Reinhard Bonke, Joyce Meyer, John Maxwell and Jack Hayford as guest preachers

The church used to be called by a different name but their music, under the name of "hillsong" became so famous that everyone just called their church the Hillsong Church so that's what they are now called.

Their youth band is called United, and I really love their music. Reuben Morgan writes a lot of their stuff and he recently put put a solo album which I love!

I never been to Australia. But I love their songs. I`ve been listening to the teaching once. Thats good too. Hillsong London is coming to our church soon. I`m looking forward to a lot of worship

:shade: Yeah, I have everything Hillsong has on CD and I have at least 8-9 DVD's. I also have both Darlene Zschech's books. I'd love to go to Hillsong but I need the $$$$$$. I have been praying about what God's destiny is for me and I had received a prophecy exactly one week from today. God has me miinistering to women and to help draw women out. Funny, that has always been my hearts desire. I'd love to go to Bobbie's women conference. Joyce Meyer and Paula Whites for that matter.
