God did not send His Spirit to earth as our Helper so that we could neglect our duties.

As a Counselor and Guide, He shows us how to take responsibility for God's work and empowers us to do it with supernatural results, giving us a place of responsibility and influence in the Kingdom.

Paul's farewell message to the Ephesian elders after three years of ministry came straight from his heart. His objective was for them to accept the mantle of leadership in the church.

Holy spirit is constant companion and guide..

The person of the Holy Spirit is given to us as a constant companion and guide in our fight against world, flesh and satan...so let us be courageous that we are strengthened by Him...

16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever— 17the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[c] in you. Matthew 14:16-17

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8

It is interesting how a bunch of no-bodies who deserted and rejected Jesus before receiving the Holey Spirit proclaimed the message of their Master and Lord with such power that many came to believe and be changed Spiritually and Physically after being empowered by the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

Let us too be lead by the power of the Holy Spirit!

The Holy spirit is a personality that dwells on ones inside after one gets born agin and willingly receives his ministry.He is the conveber of love.Rom 5:5"The love of God is spread abroad in our herts thru the Holy ghost".

He gives the power for witnessing and the good works..."How Gos annointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and power that he went about doing good"
He works healing in us..."If the spirit that raised jesus from the dead lives in you that same spirit will quiken(give strength,vitality)to your mortal body.

The workings of these executive personality of the Godhead is enormous.A christian without the ministry of the Holy spirit is like a car without fuel.
