I wonder how many of us ask the Holy Spirit "What does that mean?" when we don't understand something we read in the Word? Share your experience?

I began my search for the True God after He assured me He was there at about 7am on Nov. 3, 1969. Every time I read the Bible it read as gibberish to me. In late 1989 Dolly Parton released her copy of He's Alive and every time it played I broke out in tearful sobbing because I, some 23 years later knew Yashuah did that for me but I had not surrendered.

Singing in the New Year, 1990, the Holy Spirit fell upon my soul and I left the club when I finished that number. I picked up my KJV Bible, it opened to Isa. 53 and it made perfect sense to me. From that day, 1/1/1990, the scriptures, no matter the translator, make perfect sense to me because Ruah is my translator.

All I am saying on the matter is that Jesus and Paul were the ONLY two learned people on scripture. Most depended on the holy spirit although I dont doubt they read scripture a bit more often after their time with Jesus was over. Now days, ppl depend mostly on scripture (like the ancient jews who were for the most part "against" Jesus) and only ask the Holy Spirit for guidance when they arent sure about some biblical matter. And even then most dont trust the Holy Spirit because they are too afraid its a lying spirit, and they never learned to tell the difference.
