41 of the 54 Commonwealth countries have laws against homosexuality. In Australia it's confined to not recognising same sex marriage, even though they're granted de facto rights in many areas, and generic sexual practice guidelines. Death can be the penalty for homosexual offenders in ~ half of the Queen's lands. There's a push towards removing all laws which discriminate against homosexuals in Commonwealth countries and it's a tricky thing to not compromise the godly standard of man/woman relationships while being equally just with all citizens.
Near impossible these days.
