I thought of you both when I saw this recipe

I have changed the name of this recipe as it was called 'Put the toilet roll in the fridge chilli burger'
But I thought that may be a slightly crude title to have here at Talk Jesus

500g minced beef
3 red chillis , deseeded and finely chopped
300g cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp chopped coriander , plus small handful leaves, to serve
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp hot chilli powder

Small handful flat-leaf parsley leaves and/or corriander leaves and seeds to garnish

1.Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/ gas 6.
2. Mix the beef with the chilli and some chopped coriander, then season well.
3. Shape into four patties about 2.5cm thick.
4. Chill until needed.
5. Place the tomatoes in a roasting tin.
6. Drizzle over 1 tbsp of olive oil and season.
7. Roast for 12-15 mins until just soft.
8. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan.
9. Then cook burgers on each side for 4 mins for rare or 5 mins for medium.
10. Serve topped with cherry tomato's

Serve on soft buns or muffins with an onion relish

HA Ha my mouth watered just reading this!

You said that it might be a bit mild so I doubled the chili powder ingredient. It was great because it was so spicy for everyone else and I got to eat it all.
