how do one pray?

A quick question how do you people pray ? do ye follow a format I know one can just go to Jesus in pray but I cant seem to focus!

A quick question how do you people pray ?

believing is what we are told to do.
A question raised at a recent meeting was do we believe for the things we pray for, meaning that can we really believe that what we pray for is possible, as in, are we convinced that God will grant us the request we seek from Him. So, start praying for those things that you cvan believe for and be encouraged as you are granted your requests to ask with more believing, if that makes sense?


Lord, help Thou my unbelief (because I know you want to!)

A practical suggestion:

The Lord's Prayer is made up of a series of requests. First, about God's reign, then about our needs. Spend a little time meditating on the first line. When your attention begins to wander, move on to the next.

Holy be your name
Your kingdom come
Your will be done

Give us this day our daily bread
Forgive us our sins
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil
