Because all is relative in our World but, maybe in The Kingdom of God, all is absolute. Sometimes, you made something thinking that is good but for your Brother or Sister is something bad. I start a debate !

You're asking how to tell right from wrong? God's Word tells us. And we have local, federal laws and we Also have the Golden Rule which is found in Scripture. Do unto others as you'd want them to do to / for you.

And we are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and mind and then our neighbor as ourselves.

Read God's Word every day. And talk to God.

And God has given all of us a conscience. We all have an inner compass that tells us.

Your English puts my French to shame

It's a good question but do you not think that maybe you're looking at things from the wrong angle? Life isn't like a test that you need to pass and hopefully if you get more than 50%, you're through. The Bible tells us that God is perfection and so anything less than God is sin. Thankfully if we fail that test, and we already have, we look to Jesus rather than our own achievements and He tells us He is the way, no one come to the Father except via Him.

Therefore rather than trying and worrying, we should be trying to please God by doing good as part of our worship and adoration of Him. If you read Colossians 3:1-15 that will give you a better idea.

The way “Suicidal” phrase her question, she is talking about “Relativism” which has invaded not only the world but the “institutionalize church” as well. “you never know where the goal post is, because of the weather and where you are standing”. GGod gave us the ten commands, in them you can separate good and evil. The reason it's hard to see is when you go outside them, when you live outside them. Then chaos and confusion sets in. And you have problems seeing clearly. But if you read about them, and ponder what happens if you don't follow them, in each situation compare to the commands, then you can add being loving into it. While exercise the laws. Never go outside them jesus told us to keep them to have life. And he didn't say it to prevent us, but to protect us. Because when we go outside them that's when we suffer.
