Rev 3:19-22 Those whom I love I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. Behold I stand at the door and knock; if ANYONE hears MY voice and opens the door,I will come in to him, and will dine with him and him with me.
My dear brothers and sister in Christ! Somtimes we read something, and think humm that is nice,somtimes God in us, has his Word stand up tall!! And we REALLY SEE!! How long will Jesus knock on your door?
In prayer,how long do we knock on his door? How far did we open the door to our Jesus when we recived him? Did we open it just enough to take a peek ,then say Oh dear,I love you Jesus, but to be honest with you,your ways are really to hard for me to follow. I did.
The Lord with all of his love said back in me,if you do not take me entire,what do you have in you to continue the race you say you are running in me? Now I open the door a little wider,Lord,you know me,and all of my weakness,there are so many, many follow you much better then I,why on earth would you want me? Again in me,If you have 2 children and one of them falls,would you not stop, to check and see how your child is? did he get hurt? how bad,would you not comfort the child, so the other child sees your love?
I know how difficult life is,I also know that in me entire, if you open the door wide enough so I can come inside you,I can give you what you have always desired,peace.( john 14:27)
I want to Lord I said,but I do not have enough faith in myself, to believe I will let you take full control over my life! again the Lord in me said.To run a race in me,one has to begin,then one has to be taught,then one obtains knowledge,then one who believes in that knowledge does it,to show to themselves they really believe in what my Word has told them.
It is not a matter of if,it is only a matter of when. What does a person need to see there life? What words can be expressed to them before they wake up before it is to late? Who in the end will judge you?
Fellow workers in Christ,most of you know me very well,I speak of loving Jesus and oneanother,have some of you fallen down? Have some stumbled because another has hurt you? How many different excuses do we have left? I know sometimes I speak a hard Word,sometimes many may think I am putting myself above another? This is not, nor ever has been so.The only difference between many of you and myself is one fact.
I know what I am without Jesus totaly in control of my life.Do you? I judge not,I only ask a question many of you have asked yourself with no one else knowling about it. Deep down any believer knows!!
Now since we do know,what do we intend to do about it? Do we do what I once did,tell Jesus ,I opened the door by mistake when I heard the knock,you must have come for someone else? Only to find out the hard way,that the door that was being knocked on was not a door from a house,but rather from my heart!
YES I let Jesus totaly in FINALLY!!! I say this to you in love,so you do not go though such hard times as I did because I did not think I could ever do this! Well here is wisdom from God,WE!!! CAN'T DO IT!! We are taught most of us anyway,to trust in self,no one else! What you get you have worked hard for,and no body will give you anything, you have to take it by force,by being hard working and trusting no one espically!!! family!
Then all of a sudden,something happenes like a Tornado,or the company you have worked so hard for,goes out of bussiness,or something!! It is always something! Then and only then do we sit and think, what have i worked so hard for?All that I have is gone! What do i have left now?
You have what you have always needed,you just did not know it,because your eyes could not see past self. Jesus is knocking upon the very door to self,your heart,he is not there to make you feel guility of your past!He is there to pick you up,and help you,as any loving Father would his OWN son, or daughter! Will you take his hand in LOVE? Will you allow him to build you a new foundation in him? One that will never crumble to the ground, or be tossed about with you in it?
Only you can answer this.I am only here, to remind each and everyone of you of our Jesus and his true uncompromising love for each one of you. Let him restore you! Let him LOVE YOU! Let HIM!! become YOU!! I am short in many areas of my life still,as I have been in Christ now for about 34 years,to some of you,that is longer then you have been alive! LOL
It is not easy,I know this,but one fact for certain, you will never be ALONE,nor forsaken,nor forgotton! I praise Jesus, for his love,and am so thankful for his loving kindness towards me.you can be to,it is worth all the effort!! It is worth all the faith,joy, LOVE,peace and to be in Right standing with Almighty God the Creater!!!!! Not because of SELF!! But!! Because of Jesus who now lives in me!! amen! May this encourge you to begin a fresh,what is past is past!! leave it there!! MOVE FORWARD!( exodus 14:13-15!!) It is Jesus and him only!!! That can free us,AND!! KEEP us free in HIM!! Blessing to you all!
