how to pray

i know different kinds of prayers but im finding it hard to "pray". Pls help me. I prayed last night and i was enlightened but after some time i lost the light of my prayers and i sinned again...pls help me.
can you give me concrete ways on how to pray?

The prayer Jesus teaches us to pray, Matthew chapter 6. Specifically verses 9-13. It reminds us what God sees as important when we pray to Him.
