I know it has somewhat to do with ethics and morality, maybe. Anyway,,, I just found out today that instead of using draino to unclog my sinks, that I could use stuff like boiling water, vigegar, lemon juice,,, just anything that cleans out the grease and gunk, and it would be better for the environment. I'm a christian, and I also believe in protecting our precious environment,, I guess it's one of my good morals,,,, So I now challenge everyone in here to use this method I mentioned instead of using draino which could pollute the environment. Also I challenge you all to start recycling. God cares for our environment, and we should too!
Love you all!
Just a suggestion, and a challenge!

I use bleach to unglog most pipes, it evaporates quickly and leaves not residue. Recycling is however a failure and until it becomes more economically viable it will continue to dwindle.

Little Flowers

Greetings windmill2kids,

good to see someone caring about this planet... after all, the Lord GOD created it and said it is good, so ought we not do our best to do the right thing instead of just trashing it?

I was out in the wilds today, looking at some tiny little flowers. For all I know, I am the only human being who has and will set eyes upon them. I had to get right down low to the ground where they were, and behold their splendid beauty.... and let me tell you, the name of Jesus was flowing in praise for His wonderful creation.
Now, these little plants, are growing in the earth, roots tucked tightly into the soil.... and I am sure that we would all be most miserable if there were no little (or big) flowers anymore because our waterways and earth was so disgracefully polluted and poisoned that nothing would grow anymore.

So, well done for posting this little bit about how we can live with more care ....

Jesus is coming again... yes! But until then, wouldn't it be nice for our children and their children and their children and.... so on and on, to have the pleasure of enjoying the inexpressible beauty of the Lord's creation?

Bless you ><>

Br. Bear

ps.. while looking at those little flowers, I was reminded of love....

these tiny little specimens were rooted and grounded in the earth.... bound to the ecosystem.... and part of it, and without them, the whole ecosystem would not be complete.... well....

we too are rooted and grounded and we are all so very important to the whole Body of Christ... and it would not be complete without any one of us !

Ephesians 3:14-21
For this cause
I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That He would grant you,
according to the riches of His glory,
to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man;

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;

that ye,

being rooted and grounded in love,

May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth,
and length,
and depth,
and height;

And to know the love of Christ,

which passeth knowledge,
that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly
above all that we ask or think,
according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages,

world without end.

Amen.

I use a spray cleaner by clorox, cant remember the exact name right now, but it cleans my sinks beautifully, and even my coffee pot.
Have a white tile counter, and it keeps it shiny and white also.
Guess I use it for just about everything!
Toilets, floors, bath tubs, shower, window wood work, etc. etc. etc.plus my doors ,which are white also.
