I have a Confession to make.

Hi to all my Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ.

I have a true Confession to share with all of you.

And that is, I have come to realize just because we believe in Jesus Christ & know that He died for all of us,

doesn't mean the devil will stop setting his traps for us to fall into!

And, believe thee me, he's setting them!

Because, a good 17 years ago. I thought I was being clever. I thought, there was know way Satan could hurt me.

No-way! I would tell myself. I was so sure of myself!

I believed in The Almighty GOD {Jehovah} & Christ Jesus & believed that my love for them both would keep me strong.

So, therefore, I had the desire {and still do} to worship The Almighty GOD, through Christ Jesus.

But No - Not right away! Like Jonah {in the Bible} I turned & foolisly went the other way.

Because, I got this crazy notion that I needed one last fling with this world & it's worldly ways!

To be sure I was ready, once & for all, to live the rest of my life serving & worshiping our Almighty Father, Jehovah GOD {strckly by the Good Book}. So that when I came to the notion I was ready to give my all to The Almighty GOD, I could do so with no reasons to fall.

A Big & Bad Mistake on my part!!!

I should have left that worldly fling alone!!! Boy, did I find out, just how tough Satan's traps can be.

For my life is like a prison now. {Revelation2:10}

So therefore, my message is, to all of you who are having no problem or little problems in serving & Worshiping Out Beautiful Creator - The Almighty GOD & walking with our Beautiful Savior Jesus Christ, "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!" There is nothing more wonderful or sweeter than that!

And as for you New Comers? Serve & Worship The Almighty GOD, if that is what you want to do, DO IT!!!

Don't be fooled by foolish notions - like I was. We, are not as tough as we like to think we are.

We truly need GOD'S Holy Spirit to guide us & work through us to give us strength against the Devil and this evil system of today.

May your walk with The Almighty GOD & with Jesus Christ be a Blessed One, Always!

I'm really glad that you posted this, Jonah.
I'm sure many people can relate to this.

I know myself, that I've had so many times whereas I wanted to give in to
the ways of the world, or live like I was ignorant of Jesus for one more day.

Its really sad when we do fall. But thankfully when we fall down, we can get back up again with God's love and grace.

*genesis! is not my real name but my nick-name for the internet. My husband's idea to protect me from the dangers of the Internet.

However, I did adopt the name from the Scripture 'Genesis 4:6-7'.

One of GOD'S first answers to me through The Holy Bible.

I know how hard life can be sometimes. But still, bottom line, life is what we make it out to be. Though, at times when we seem to be doing things right, still some how, out of the blue trouble seems to come our way, anyway.

But my point is, if we live a life doing things that we know are correct, legal & most of all according to The Almighty's Plan, we will live a much richer & safer life-stile. Not rich as in money, but rich as in happiness & love.

If we stay away from things that can harm us. Such as, taking drugs that we don't need, taking illegal drugs & drinking to much alcohole, bad comany & even to much eating (over eating can harm us).

If we do what we know is right. Of coase we will be rewarded & we will feel good about ourselves & our suroundings.

But we need to do one more thing. The most important thing of all, we need "to love The Almighty GOD with all our heart!

And that means to listen & follow HIS instructions. Because they were ment to protect us & to nourish us, to keep us healthy, in our thoughts, in our hearts & in our souls.

And I realize we're no perfect, most all The Almighty GOD & Christ Jesus know this more than anyone. But what is loving someone, if it's not to do the very best you can for the one that you love? Wouldn't you want to try the very best you can, meaning with all your might?
