I'm assuming that you're the one actually listening to the music and not asking because someone else brought the question to you? Music can and at times does make you feel something and normally is meant to communicate something by the composer/writer. That's why Praise & Worship music can help one to Praise and Worship

Most musicians readily explain why they have composed their songs and the meaning meant to be conveyed. Do a little research on it to find out what they say about their own music. However, before then, take the advice Donnie gave you and pray about it.
