Hello everyone,

The word say's Proverbs 24:6
For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety.

I have declared war against the enemy of my soul, and live in his camp so to speak. I am bombarded everyday with attacks fom the enemy against my faith in God. Should I retreat to a place of safety, or remain where I am and stand by faith. I have been told that my God is just in my imagination, that the Church is deceiving me, and even been offered money to compromise my convictions. If I stay it takes a great act of faith, If I leave it takes a great act of faith. I am very aware of these scriptures:
2 Corinthians 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
Romans 8:14
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

I will do whatever the Lord leads. I have a few Godly friends where I am at that do support me in my walk. Although they have their life's and I am not at liberty to always call upon them when I am in need. If I stay I could be put in a very trying situation at any time. If I go now it is a very trying situation. Leaving would be the harder road to go financialy for me. Although I am ready to take that leap if the Lord wills. The word also say's: 1 Thessalonians 5:22
Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Remaining where I am at could appear evil to some since I am in the middle of the enemys camp. Then again if it's the Lord's will I stay I can't concern myself with what man thinks because it ultimatley would appear more evil to get out of His will. Either way, if I go I need a miracle, I also need a miracle to stay. Hmm what a very conflicting situation I find myself in. Godly counsel is very much appreciated right now, If I receive any replys I will weigh them with the word of God, and the Holy Spirit's unction to my spirit. The word also says:
Proverbs 11:1
A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight.

I know I have'nt given much information on the details of my situation, and I am sorry, I just am not at liberty to do that at this time. The Holy Spirit in you has the details and I am trusting Him to lead any of you He may give unction to reply.

Brother I do not know what to tell you except I will be praying for you! The enemy can be so relentless at times (ohh how I know) Just know God is faithful and He will get you thru.

Brokenman, I want to encourage you to continue to seek guidance from the Holy Spirit. By reading your posts in the past I understand you to be someone who is maturing in Christ. I know sometimes it is hard not knowing what the next step is, especially when we are at a crossroad. I don't know your circumstances, but I do know that the important thing is not which direction you go but how you choose your direction. Please try not to be anxious get ahead of the Holy Spirit. As long as our hearts are seeking to follow His lead, He will not leave us behind. Remember that Jesus is the kind of Shepherd that will leave the ninety-nine and go after the one who has lost his way.
Again I want to say, just hearken to His voice that is within you and we will pray that the pressures of your immediate situation will be silenced by the power of His Voice, no matter how soft or subtle.

John 10:1-5
1*“I assure you, anyone who sneaks over the wall of a sheepfold, rather than going through the gate, must surely be a thief and a robber! 2*For a shepherd enters through the gate. 3*The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep hear his voice and come to him. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4*After he has gathered his own flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they recognize his voice. 5*They won’t follow a stranger; they will run from him because they don’t recognize his voice.”

Thank you both for your kind words and cousel. You both have confirmed His voice within me.

Job 13:15
Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.

Psalm 25:3
Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.

I will wait upon God to do whatever His will is, and know that His voice is my peace. Thanks again Jiggyfly, this really spoke to me: Again I want to say, just hearken to His voice that is within you and we will pray that the pressures of your immediate situation will be silenced by the power of His Voice, no matter how soft or subtle. And Jesuslovesu your words: "Just know God is faithful and He will get you thru". helped build my faith in this situation, thank you.
