If I was to be give a choice to choose generation to be born, I would not choose this one...generation of anti-intellectual posing as defenders of intellectualism, anti-logic posing as logicians, irrationals posing as rationalists, a generation descent in abyss of immorality, luster posing as lover, hypocrisy is the way of life, anti-God, relativism is the way of thinking, anti-truth and so, satanic.

But that is not all. This is generation that changes evil to be good, love spirituality as long as it is not Christianity, and many disgusting things. Then comes second side of coin. I count privileged to live in such a time as this, in such crooked generation as this and here are what I see as God's privilege: 1. To be commissioned to show light in the darker times as these 2. To encourage my dear brethren to keep it up even when the whole world is against them.

So brothers let's take heart and fix our eyes unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our Faith, that the "environment" around us can only encourage us to enjoy the privilege and trust that God have given us.
Let us shout to the world of impending judgment and God's merciful "way out". Let's live a holy life, All for Glory of God!

Thank you God for the privilege to live in darker generation as this. Thank you Jesus for having wonderful brothers and sister as these. Keep me true through all for your Glory and Honor, Amen

Note, my friends, that this member lives in Africa where witchdoctors are common, where the demonic is normal, where people are oppressed by their leaders and live in situations that are unthinkable to us in the developed countries of Europe and North America. Yet he counts it an honor and a privilege to stand up for the cause of Christ. Do we realize that his attitude could cost him his Life? He helps me to remember that my sufferings are light and he encourages me to speak up for Jesus in my part of the world no matter the consequences. Thank you, evestevemd!

Yes today's generation have really missed out on morality I took for granted when I was growing up. There were non-Christians who agreed with the Bibles standards on morality in my youth. We even had Bible verses still quoted in women's magazines back then and the occasional Christian article. These all started to disappear as I hit my mid to late teens and the moral slide just kept going.

The youth of today really are confused about what it right and wrong. They call it Ethics today.

Thanks Ed,
No matter how good or bad things are, we should be as happy as the Prince through the dessert to His Father's glorious home. He does not get sidetracked by anything on the way but keep his eyes, affections and longings to His Father.

Yes we are pilgrims, on our way to heaven. That is sweet

Sure, really confused.
One colleague said everything is relative except relative itself. I cannot say how much Darwinism and postmodern thoughts have wrecked havoc in many minds. They enjoy to make absolute statement that everything is relative so as to escape implications.

I wonder how I can help them

We can only pray and be available to speak to whomever God sends our way wanting to hear about Jesus.

God knows who is seeking Him and they will find Him, God will make sure of that.
