I was into a lot of dairy products, mainly milk. I am just discovering that I have not only a lactose intolerance, but an intolerance to dairy proteins. It happens more often than people think. If you feel bloated after using dairy products, you could have an intolerance too.
SOY MILK!!! What a great drink it is. I am positively hooked on soy milk. It has so many nutrients in it and a lot of your recommended daily intake of nutrients are easily met, just by drinking a few glass fulls. I use it on cereal too. I myself, find it very similar to milk in taste and texture. If you haven't tried it for a while or if you have never tried it, give it a shot. It is part of a healthy lifestyle.
