Hello Brothers & Sisters!

I am hoping that just maybe someone out there can help me find these Recipes below.

Chocolate Cheesecake By Hershey's {could also be called Cocoa Cheesecake}

Sweet & Sour Chicken {Similor to Ragu's Sweet & 'Sour Chicken Tonight', but Homemade from scratch. :) }

Homemade from scratch - Cheese Macaroni {if posible, recipe from KRAFT'S MAYO, but it's not absolutly necessary to have the recipe by KRAFT"S}.

And may your walk with The Almighty GOD & Christ Jesus be a Blessed One!

Hershey's Chocolate Cheesecake

Quick Chocolate Crumb Crust (recipe below)

3 pkg cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 c sugar

1 container (8 oz) dairy sour cream

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 c Hershey's cocoa

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

3 eggs

Quick chocolate drizzle (recipe below)

1. Prepare quick chocolate crumb crust (below). Heat oven to 450 F.

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat until blended. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beat just until blended. Pour into crust.

3. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 F; continue baking 40 minutes. Remove from oven to wire rack. With knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Prepare quick Chocolate Drizzle; drizzle over top. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Store covered in refrigerator.

Quick Chocolate Crumb Crust:

Combine 1 c chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/4 c (1/2 stick) of butter or margarine; press into bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Make 1 (9-inch) crust.

Quick Chocolate Drizzle:

Place 1/2 c Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 tsp shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil) in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high (100%) 30 seconds. If necessary, microwave at High an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted.

Makes 12 servings (that is IF you want to share!)

This recipe is similiar to the *Kraft Dinner sold here in stores:

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

2 T. butter

2 T. flour

Salt and pepper (I use white pepper so the children don't see it!)

1 c. milk

3 ounces American, Velveeta cheese, cheddar, or any flavor desired

8 ounces of pasta (macaroni or any shape desired), cooked al dente and drained

Directions:

Melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour, making a rue. Add milk with a wire whisk and continue cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper, then cheese. Stir until cheese is completely melted (being careful not to burn it!), then pour over over hot pasta and serve.

YUM!

That sounds to me, to be awesome Idea.

My husband's always saying he would like to start a low calorie or a fat-free diet. So, I'm thinking why not run the Tofu Recipe by me & I'll take it from there.

Because, the way I'm looking at it, if it's stuffed inside a bell pepper that's surrounded by tomato sauce, it has still got to be good! Right?
