I'm not feeling healthy

This problem is emotional as well as physical. I feel horrible.

I suffer from allergies, which gives me sinus problems, which gives me bad headaches.

To top it off, I haven't been able to quit smoking and I smoke like a chimney.

I don't exercise, because it's unsafe to just go for a jog, there's criminals everywhere. I don't have money for a gym fee either.

I'm taking allergy medicine and the first week I had amazing taste and no head aches at all. This week I've got a disgusting taste in my mouth that just won't go away.

Please keep me in your prayers, I'm tired and I feel like I just want to go to heaven.

I think you should find out why you're getting that taste in your mouth.
Also What's the name of the allergy medicine you're taking , is there side effects?


But usually when you have sinus problem, you get that bad taste because of the mucus build up ( aka nasal drip ) which sometimes creates tonsil stones.

As far as the doctor said, the allergy medicine shouldn't have any side effects for me.

I'm going to sleep now, maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

The way to stop smoking os to stop buying them

**** are a complete waste of good money.

Brother jump over the small hurdles........and with prayer I am sure you will clear the higher hurdles also

Lol, Amen to that Stephen. They are a waste of money, no doubt. Cigarettes are hard to stop though. My mom and grandma smokes and I doubt they could quit, even if they wanted to.

My advice would also be to quit smoking. You're still quite young and I think you'd have a better chance of quitting than my mom or grandma. Smoking is definitely a sin, but I'm not condemning you, nor do I think God loves you any less because you smoke. God loves us when we're in the wrong and right. His love never changes. We need to show Him love though, by obeying His Word. Your Body is a temple and it doesn't belong to you. I'm sure you know who it belongs to.

I also have allergies. Exercised Induced Asthma to be precise. I get migraine headaches all the time too and BOY do they hurt. The things that helps the best for me are those nasal sprays that you spray in your nose and on top of that I take some Tylenol.
