Immigration Help!

Hello. My girlfriend lives in Belgium and I am a Canadian citizen. We are wanting to get married in about a year and we need some information about immigration. She is working on getting her credentials approved for Canada (she is a nurse); she is in the process of getting that worked out. We are thinking about spousal sponsorship after marriage and I know that type of immigration has two categories: inland vs outland. If anyone on here has immigrated to Canada and/or have gone through the spousal sponsorship for Canada, it would be very valuable to hear about your experience and the things you went through and have learned.
