Ok so lately ive been super snappy and angry and hold on that enger its not healthy not at all, i feel like im slipping to far i get so mad when i hear someone talk about God, its because im jealous of their relationship i want that i need to get there. I always get the same thing read your bible ok i get that but if you dont understand, i need a heart to heart i need advice i need help.

Okay, so I gather that people tell you to read your Bible. They are right. You need to do that.

I personally get angry a lot. I know as I am angry that it is wrong and that I need to stop. But I am so angry that I can't rationalize enough to make myself un-angry. So... I do what makes myself as well as the Lord happy. Music. :) Music makes me happy. And I listen to only music that makes the Lord happy too. I sing along and I praise Him.

Being angry is the best way the devil can use you.

Making yourself calm again is hard. It is a gradual process and you need to find a place alone and just relax and think about why you are angry in the first place. I usually find that there is no reason why I am angry. I also find that while I am angry, I hurt someone and I end up making myself believe that I am angry at that person. In reality I am not, they just said or did something right at the wrong moment.

So I do something to calm myself down. And, like I said, that is Music. I read my Bible, even if it is only a few verses. Do not forget to pray. As God to show you why you are mad. Ask Him to help you calm down and ask Him what you should do next.

Amen! It is a privilege and a duty to access our Lord and Saviour in this way. Awesome survival tools!
