In need of assurance

Hi guys, you may have read about my past experiences about the unpardonable sin and how it brought much chaos and anxiety into my life. I have one final query and that is if one is under a spiritual attack and satan keeps bombarding him with evil thoughts and satan makes him believe that he actually believed that the Holy Spirit is evil, does that mean he actually committed the sin? Or is not counted because he was not thinking straight under all the fear?
