Good day to you,
There are certainly are many different levels of inspiring stories about the Holy Spirit moving in people's lives.
There are those that are quite simple, how at a depressed moment, maybe going to a bar to drink yourself into Oblivion you meet a complete stranger that no one's ever seen at the bar before. And he tells you exactly what you need to hear. And then when leaving the bar you find out no one even knows who you were talking to. - the moment an angel enters your life.
Or something very simple where you've planned for a year to go somewhere special with your children and there's only one day that you can do it and you've saved up the whole year to do it with those children and now comes that one day and it's pouring rain. And you say it to the Lord Lord please don't let it rain today I don't care if it rains before I get there and after I leave just please don't let it rain while we're there. And then the person forgets about their comments to the Lord they go to this place and the sun is out everything's beautiful but as soon as they leave the place it starts pouring again. And then the person remembers what they said to the Lord. LOL
And then there's the very deep things that take place. A man non-Christian who hears about something that's going on with his son. Finding that his son has joined some cultish movement. Cries out to the Lord help me. And goes to a church service for the first time in his life at some little chapel.
Being there, at the chapel a Man shows up at the very end of the service. And it's the prayer request and the one who is desperate about his son has put in a prayer request, and the new man stands up saying you need to take that necklace off your son. What necklace is the response. The necklace you put around your son's neck two weeks ago the man says. Then the man tells the atheist everything that's going on with his son.
The Atheist tells the preacher, I believe in God I want to be baptized. He goes up to the man and says would you be with me when I get baptized. So the man the former atheist and the preacher go find a pool. And the former atheist is now a Christian being baptized newborn into the family of God.
So you see all three of these are different levels of faith. Much like the scripture when Jesus is telling his parables. Starting out with the simplest, were the man's friends ripping off the roof of a hut, lower their friend down so that he would be touched by Jesus and be healed so that he could walk. And each Parable after is a greater form of faith going to the last which is the lady with the hemorrhage saying if I only touch his cloak I know that I will be healed.
All that matters, is the level in which you're willing to receive these stories through God. Because there are no end to the levels of faith that people can have.
Peace always in Jesus,
Bill
