If God is all forgiving, how come all aren't forgiven? Or does the will to be forgiven play a role here??

SignUp Now!God hates sin, but He loves the sinner. The price for God's forgiveness is high, but He paid the price Himself. By Christ's loving act of grace, believers are eternally freed from the penalty and guilt of sin. Once we're covered by the Blood of Christ, God doesn't keep a record of our sins. Our forgiveness is total and complete.
"Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, who sins are covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord doesn't count against him and in whose spirit is no deceit" (Psalm 32:1-2).
"I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more" (Isaiah 43:25).
"It is possible for the Lord to look at us without seeing our sins because when he forgave us, he removed our sins as far as the east is from the west" (Psalm 103:12).
A believer receives God's forgiveness when he repents of sin and places his faith in Jesus Christ for salvation -- all of his sins are forgiven forever. That includes past, present and future, big or small. Jesus died to pay the penalty for all of our sins, and once they are forgiven, they are all forgiven (Colossians 1:14; Acts 10:43). However, when we stumble, we are called to confess our sins - "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Yes, Christians do sin (1 John 1:8) - but the Christian life is not to be identified by a life of sin. Believers are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). We have the Holy Spirit in us producing good fruit (Galatians 5:22-23). A Christian life should be a changed life. A person who claims to be a believer yet continually lives a life that says otherwise should question the genuineness of his faith. Christians are forgiven no matter how many times they sin, but at the same time, Christians should live a progressively more holy life as they grow closer to Christ.

1Jn 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
1Jn 3:21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
It's not the will, but what you will receive... God said he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.... If you do not believe that, then you do not receive your forgiveness.
1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Mat 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Mar 4:16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
being forgiven is not based on feeling better when enough time goes by. It is based on what God said in his word.. and feelings have nothing to do with it... Not believing and receiving What God said, is to not have a part with it.
Jesus Is Lord.
God is all forgiving. Otherwise none could be saved from hell, for all have sinned and "come short of the glory of God"
"There is none righteous, no not one"
But we have to respond to His love and to His grace. Judas who sold Jesus, and betrayed Him, could have been saved had he 'repented' and asked for forgiveness.
We could have had the Gospel According to Judas, but he turned away from Jesus. This is the 'unforgivable sin' to turn Him away.
"Don't turn Him away, don't turn Him away,
He has come back to your heart again, although you've gone astray.
O how you'll need Him to plead your cause on that eternal day!
Don't turn the Saviour away from you heart......O dont turn Him away.
"He is not willing that any should perish but that all may come to salvation"
But men have to repent, have to accept the Salvation bought on the cross of Calvary.
God is all forgiving.....but no acceptance of His love = no Salvation.
....... so if you do not repent and accept God's love then you will not be forgiven and condemned to "Hell"........ for you have committed the "unforgivable sin",...... a fate which awaits most of Gods creation according to Christ......... I think we have a different view of what constitutes "all forgiving",......... I would see it as unconditional forgiveness ......... you obviously don't.
