oopps, im sorry.
India Arie the singer and song writer... one of her famous song is 'video' in 2000 or 2001.
She have other uplifting songs that mostly mentions God and stuff, but im not really sure if shes a Christian. I just want to know because lately ive been liking her songs.

i think i already got my answer with the help of Rain. i think the main lesson here is for us to be really always-always-always careful on what we listen to or what we might thought reperesents christianity or if they profess the real Christ.
Nowadays Christianity is being linked to being cool, but thats not Jesus is all about. India Arie in the article says she refuse to discuss her spritual conviction but says her belief system is "full of truth"
Her music are uplifting and often talks bout being contented of what God gives and thanking Him... but thats not enough to say if its really Christ shes testifying.
oh well, a final quote from the article
"But for us to ignore her statements and to dismiss this glorious portrait of inspiration, just because the artist fails to comply with our personal codes of religious conduct, would be an ignorant decision. Especially when her codes of religious conduct are no different from what Jesus Christ taught us."

In agreement with rizen1. Unbelievers can write positive stories or songs.
